When will my sampling kit arrive?

Your sampling materials and instructions should arrive within 5 to 7 working days of ordering.

I have not received the sample kit, what should I do?

Please inform contact@soil-check.com and another kit will be dispatched at no extra cost. Please allow for weekends and bank holidays if the kit is delayed.

The sample has been picked up/taken to a Post Office but no results have arrived, what should I do?

It may be that your sample has been lost in the mail network. If this has occurred we will dispatch another sampling kit at no extra cost. Please email contact@soil-check.com to be sent another sampling kit.

How do I send the parcel to the lab?
